Community Weekend Food Truck

THE TOWN OF THESSALON IS REQUESTING PROPOSALS FOR

FOOD TRUCK SERVICES

(Community Day Weekend)

The Thessalon Events and Activities Committee is requesting food truck services to be on site at Thessalon Lakeside Park during the Community Day Weekend on:

• Friday, July 29, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.*
• Saturday, July 30, 2022 and Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.*
• Monday, August 1, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

*The successful bidder could remain open until 9:00 p.m. on these dates if desired.

Please state the selection of food which may be included on the menu as well as the applicable food prices. The successful bidder will be required to turn over a minimum of 10% of the food sales to the Town of Thessalon, with the percentage amount to be specified in your proposal.

The successful applicant must provide proof of liability insurance in an amount of not less than $2 million naming the Town as an additional insured, as well as a WSIB clearance certificate (if required), along with a written statement confirming a Health and Safety Program is in place.  

Only the successful bidder will be contacted.

Applications will be received at the Thessalon Municipal Office until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022 by the following:
