Business Decorating Contest

• Judging begins @ 1:00pm – winner announced on social medi

Movie Night – Little Rapids Ballfield

• Movie : Hoppers – begins at dusk (9:00 p.m.)

Friday July 31st

Sandcastle Building Competition

• 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Lakeside Park Beach
• Nordik Institute and Invasive Species Displays
• Early On program providing free ice cream

Rock the Dock – Live Music, Firework Show, Vendor Show and Beer Garden

• 7:00 p.m., Thessalon Marina
• Live Music by Silent 9 and fireworks show by K&H Distributing at dusk

Science North Imagineering Exhibit

• Thessalon Public Library 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Saturday August 1st

Parade

• Staging at Thessalon Primary School at 12:30 p.m. – parade begins at 1:00 p.m.
• Theme – Northern Summer Beach Bash – Prizes available

Family Fun Zone

• 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Peace Park
• $5.00 admission for kids zone – face paint, inflatables, water games, Camp McDougall games, vendors and more!

Legion Meat Draw

• 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Royal Canadian Legion Branch 182

Lions Den Dance

• 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thessalon Arena
• $15.00 admission, $5.00 drinks and music by the Cloud Bandits

Monday August 3rd

Country Fair and Silent Auction

• 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Little Rapids Museum
• Live Music, food, arts and craft market and more

Duck Race

• 2:00 p.m., Thessalon River, Red Bridge
