Exciting News! Welcome Our Newest Council Member, Caryn Orchard!

At a special meeting of Council held last night, four applicants presented to Council for the vacant position. Council would like to extend their sincere gratitude to all of the applicants for their time, effort, and commitment. Your dedication, passion, and willingness to serve our community are truly appreciated. We are grateful for your interest in improving Thessalon and for your desire to make a positive impact.

The Council of the Town of Thessalon is thrilled to announce that Caryn Orchard is the newest member of our Council! Caryn grew up in Central Algoma and has been a proud resident of Thessalon for over 10 years. With a strong background in the municipal world, Caryn brings valuable experience and a deep understanding of our community’s needs. We are confident she will be a fantastic asset to our team and contribute to our continued success and growth.
