You may have noticed some of the old playground equipment at Lakeside Park has been removed.
But not to worry; Thessalon is a proud recipient of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC)’s Community Enhancement Program where funding has been awarded for the Lakeside Park Playground Rehabilitation Project.
A focus group meeting will take place on September 18th, 2024 at 7:00 pm in the Municipal Chambers to discuss considerations in the new playground design to help make the new playground accessible and inclusive to everyone.
